Order Process
All cakes quotes are based on Design, Serving Size & Flavour
Please fill out our Inquiry Form with as much detail as possible when requesting your order.
In the event you need to cancel your order,
Your deposit will be used as a credit for a future order. Valid 6 for months after the original order date.
A 50% non-refundable deposit is required for all orders.
If someone else is interested in placing an order on the same day you requested and is ready to submit payment, you potentially lose the opportunity to place an order if we are booked up for the date.
Last minute orders are subject to a rush fee and must be paid in full.
All orders placed 1 week or less prior to the requested order date will require an additional last minute fee $20-$32
Next day orders will require an additional rush fee & will be added to the total balance.
Treats $30 | Cakes $50.
Requesting an earlier date for orders that have already paid a deposit
Will result in a date change fee of $30. Our schedule is made weeks in advance and would have to be rearranged.
Please note:
Colour matches are not guaranteed. We work with icing & we do our best to get it to the colour you've requested.
Fondant pieces are edible, however our cakes and pieces may have inedible pieces such as toothpicks, dowels, paper etc.
In respect of other designers work we DO NOT make exact replicas of their design. We will use Inspiration images to recreate a custom Treats By Tae version.
All cakes and cupcakes should be transported on a flat surface in your vehicle. If you are serving it the same day, most cakes/ cupcakes can be left at room temperature. On hot days, cakes and cupcakes should be kept cool as our buttercream will melt!
